Capitol Hill Arts Workshop Youth Arts Program (YAP) is a multidisciplinary curriculum of classes, performance, and exhibition opportunities offered after-school and throughout the school year to children ages five to twelve. The Youth Arts Program exposes students to a variety of artistic disciplines while encouraging them to work in community with their peers as they explore various cultures and build on their experience and knowledge of the arts. ***
