$50 administrative fee added for registrations received on or after February 6th.

Youth Arts Program Day Camps

We welcome you to register in advance for our upcoming DAY-CAMPS at Capitol Hill Arts Workshop:

Friday, February 3 --- Monday, February 6 --- Friday, March 23 --- Monday, May 14

Day Camps include a field trip to a museum or local attraction, pizza for lunch and art/ recreational activities in the afternoon. We require a minimum of four students confirmed by the registration deadline to run the camp. Non-YAP students are welcome and must sign the behavior and medical information forms when they register.

*FULL DAY CAMPS*  9:00am - 3:30pm  $95/day- Includes Pizza lunch and afternoon snack

Students arrive at 9:00am and leave promptly at 9:30am for the morning field trip. Please make sure students bring appropriate outdoor attire and comfortable walking shoes for the day. We will return to CHAW by 12:30pm for lunch and arts and crafts! *We always appreciate and value your ideas. If you have any suggestions for field-trips or creative activities we'd love to hear them!

REGISTERING FOR A CLASS

You may register for classes at CHAW in the following ways:

 

1. IN PERSON during regular office hours (Mon-Thur 9:30-9, Friday 9:30-6,Sat 9-2) with cash (exact change is appreciated), check or credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx).

 

2. BY PHONE (202-547-6839) with Visa, MasterCard or American Express during office hours.

 

3. BY FAX (202-543-1723) using the registration form and a credit card. Early registration is advised, as some classes fill quickly. In addition, minimum enrollment levels for  each class have been established which must be met before a class may proceed. Therefore, you are encouraged to register early to assure that the course you want is adequately enrolled.

 

4. BY EMAIL to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with all appropriate registration forms attached.  Downloadable files linked at the bottom.  *EMAIL registrations ONLY taken with appropriate forms attached*

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS APPLYING FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE

If you are applying for tuition assistance, you must register for your class via mail, fax, or in person.  Do not use the online registration option.  Please attach your compeleted tuition assistance form (download below) to your registration form (download below).
